PRODUCT DETAILS
All portraits are hand – drawn onto a sheet of high quality, cold press watercolor paper. I use Micron black ink pens, lead mechanical pencils and an Artist’s Loft watercolor palette to complete each portrait.
I offer three portrait types — MINI, LITE and CLASSIC. Their specifics are denoted on the order form and the listed prices do not include sales tax per the state of Texas. Sales tax will be calculated on an individual basis, specific to your selected order details.
PROCESSING TIME
My turnaround time is 12 – 15 business days, but varies depending on the number of orders I have at the time. Holiday orders may take a bit longer to complete due to higher demand during those months. Regardless of your timeline, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Together we can come up with something!
Additionally, expedition is available if your order requires rushed completion and delivery. Expedited service can be selected at check out, but is an additional expense.
CUSTOM ORDERS & PERSONALIZATIONS
WRITTEN PERSONALIZATIONS: Family names, street addresses and established dates are some of my most popular personalizations. If you’d like to include a written personalization on the portrait, please list it exactly as you’d like for it to appear after selecting Yes to the written personalization prompt.
NOTES TO THE ARTIST: Lawn & seasonal decor such as wreaths, seasonal signage, Christmas lights, freestanding planters, freestanding fountains and lawn or porch furniture will be left out of all portraits unless inclusion is explicitly requested or noted in the Notes to the Artist section of the order form. I have no problem including any of these elements in a portrait, but I will not include them without request.
If there’s any additional information you’d like for me to know about the home prior to starting the portrait, please list it in the Notes to the Artist section as well. Details about a home’s history or its meaning to you, a buyer or a seller are always welcome!
SHIPPING
Your portrait will be shipped to you inside a padded mailer via the United States Postal Service. Shipping is available within the United States only and is not included. Shipping generally runs between $6.00 – $8.00 but is subject to change as the economy dictates.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
I do not accept returns or exchanges. Please contact me directly at ca********@***il.com if you encounter a problem with your order.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
I will try my absolute best to capture each home as it’s displayed in the photos provided, but I am creating an artistic rendering, not an exact copy. Slight differences and color distinctions between the photos provided and the portrait itself are to be expected. Cast shadows, direct or indirect sunlight or low image quality, etc. can be cause for any of these differences. Ultimately, my goal is to capture the essence of each home, not its detail to a T.
In rare circumstances (due to size restrictions) some details will be too small to be included. Most details however, will display wonderfully! Detail adjustments or requests made after the portrait has been started, which results in the restarting of the portrait, are subject to a discretionary fee.
